A) Coronation Primary 1954 school building

Note by Jim Dudgeon: Here is a photo of the old school, facing front. On the left were classrooms 1 and 2, right side were classrooms 3 and 4. Middle block right side was the headmaster's office, to the left next door was the storage room containing government issue pencils, rulers, rubbers, exercise books and chalk boxes, a world globe, charts (even a spare cane for Mr Breakspear to wield), and the dreaded duplicator machine which created the exam papers. Fresh papers stank of metho. Oh yes, almost forgot, there was a separate storeroom that held all the sports gear, cricket stuff etc.
