Canoeing on rivers and lakes, with pelicans and the occasional dolphin swimming beside us, especially at Forster, where we spent our honeymoon; early-morning walks on the beach and rainforest bushwalks; driving out to the bay to watch the moon come up over the water: with, of course, a bottle of champagne and some calamari and chips from the Pelican's Nest or the Rocks café at Cleveland.

Dancing. We both love it and at last we've learnt to do it properly, taking lessons in rock and roll, latin and even ballroom. We can do a mean tango now, foxtrot, waltz and rhumba with the best of them, and we dance anywhere there's room to, any time. Even on the breakwater at Manly in between drinking our champagne.

And I'm finally doing the things I've always wanted to do; writing a book; doing a loop-the-loop in a Tiger Moth as part of my 32nd wedding anniversary present; even karaoke, which is very brave of me - much braver than looping the loop. (It's not that I can't sing; I just can't stop my hands from shaking while I do!)

PS: As you can see, I've got a thing about Tiger Moths. And trees. And listening to mellow music over a glass of dry white. (Australian of course!)
